Warranty-Garage Door Sports warrants that if you use this product according to the instructions provided by Garage Door Sports, this product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for the one year period beginning as of the date that you purchase the product.

Any claim under this warranty must be made by delivering this product to Garage Door Sports, together with a written notice describing the warranty claim, and together with a dated receipt that evidences that you purchased this product within the one year warranty period.

For Hockey Shooting Target we recommended to be used with street style hockey pucks or balls. Not recommended for us with regulation hockey equipment.

Any claim under this warranty will not be valid if the claim is due to the negligence of any party other than Garage Door Sports or if the claim is due to any alteration, modification, or repair of this product by any party other than Garage Door Sports, or if the claim is due to damage to this product because of accident, misuse, abuse, or negligence by any party other than Garage Door Sports (which includes, for example, failure to follow any instructions provided by Garage Door Sports for the proper care of this product).

Garage Door Sports is not liable for any special, indirect, or consequential damages.

This warranty is in lieu of any other warranty express or implied. Except as specifically set forth above, Garage Door Sports makes no warranty at all with respect to the product. The implied warranty of merchantability, the implied warranty of fitness for a particular purpose, and all other warranties express or implied are excluded from the sale of the product and do not apply to the product. If the product is defective, your only remedy is to return the product to Garage Door Sports, as described in this warranty. Patent Pending.
